Who will write my resume?
Beverly Harvey will write your resume and handle your project from start to finish. Beverly is a Master Resume Writer and has more than 20 years of experience writing for C-level, senior-level and fast track executives.

I’m not sure about which services I need.

I just need an update, can you help me? 
Yes, if you have had your resume professionally prepared within the last 2-3 years, and you are applying for the same type of position, then it may be possible to simply update your resume. The best process would be to e-mail your resume to us. We’ll review it, provide you with our feedback, and quote you a price.

Can I get my resume on a CD or USB drive?
Yes, however there will be an additional charge.

I think my resume is pretty good, but I’m not sure. What should I do?

Can you help me find a job? 
Yes, whether conducting a confidential or public job search, we can help you develop a job search strategy and action plan with recommended timelines. We also provide a three-month job search coaching program to support you throughout your search.

How long does the resume writing process take?
Generally our process takes two to three weeks. My process is very thorough and in addition to being the foundation for a dynamic resume, I’ve often been told that our process is great preparation for your interview.

The process begins with a consultation to identify your:
…immediate and future career goals
…unique value proposition and executive brand
…strengths, talents, and areas of expertise
…challenges and accomplishments
…and the value you consistently deliver to organizations.

I am relentless in drilling down until we unearth the information that will “market” your qualifications and position you as a top-performing senior executive.

Once I have gathered all the information, I will:
…develop strategies for your unique circumstances
…map your achievements to your desired position
…write the content using terminology and key words critical for the positions and industries you are targeting
…design a format that aligns with the marketing strategies and the level of the position you are seeking

When complete, I will email a proof for your review and approval. This step is to ensure that I have interpreted your information correctly and presented it accurately. It is also to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Can you help me find a recruiter?
Yes, we offer email campaigns to executive search consultants that specialize in your function and industry.

What if I don’t like the resume?
We provide you with a draft prior to finalization. This provides you with an opportunity to proof your resume, ensure that we have interpreted your information correctly, examine the presentation of the material, scrutinize the figures, dates, grammar and spelling, and send us any revisions you may have. We strive for 100% satisfaction.

What if I need to update a resume you prepared for me five years ago? 
We keep your resume on file in our office at no charge. Updates are billed at an hourly rate.


Can you create a resume and cover letter that I can send in an e-mail?
Yes, we provide you with a PDF file and an ASCII text file which can be pasted into an e-mail and posted on job boards.
