Step One: We begin by identifying your career path and goals. We will develop strategies that align with your job search goals.

Step Two: I will personally work with you to identify your unique brand, strengths, challenges and accomplishments, and the value you consistently deliver to corporations. Next, I will develop strategies for your unique circumstances ... write the content using terminology and key words critical for the positions and industries you are targeting ... design a format that aligns with the marketing strategies and the level of the position you are seeking ... and create a market-driven resume that incorporates your challenges, achievements, proven track record of success, and your unique brand.
This is the most important part of the resume development process and can be handled in one of two ways:

 
(1) a comprehensive set of worksheets will be emailed to you to be completed within your own time frame. This method allows you time to reflect on your career and carefully identify the information and accomplishments you want to include in your resume.
(2)

we will conduct a telephone interview including a Q&A session to gather the information we need to develop your resume.

Step 3: Within 7-14 business days, we email proofs for your review and approval. This step is to ensure your satisfaction.
Step 4: Once your resume is finalized, we priority mail a CD.

Salary History / Performance Document

A salary history can be used as a marketing piece as well. This is where you can really prove, in hard dollars and cents, how valuable you've been to other employers. Proper marketing of your promotions, bonuses and commissions can win you the position. While it is not recommended that you blindly submit this information, you should take it with you to the interview. Should the interviewer hire you at the first interview, you'll be prepared with a salary negotiating tool.

Executive-Style Reference Document

A reference page should provide accurate, detailed contact information. Interviewers don't have time to look up missing information, and will quickly set your resume aside and move on to the next candidate while perhaps never getting back to your reference page. We will schedule a coaching session to discuss all of the various types of job search strategies, resources, venues and tools that cater exclusively to the $100K+ executive.
