- One, 4½ -hour “virtual workshop”
To kick off our program, we’ll convene for a 4.5 hour teleconference to help you design a job acquisition strategy ... job acquisition plan ... and job acquisition campaign. I’ll explain all of the traditional and contemporary, techniques and we’ll discuss which ones are right for you. We’ll then support you in executing your plan.
- Seven, 1-hour “virtual seminars”
These teleconference calls are designed to help you develop comprehensive job acquisition techniques, strategies, knowledge and skills. Topics will include, but are not limited to, identifying your executive brand, identifying your value proposition, developing your introduction (elevator speech), networking, interviewing, salary negotiations, follow-up, references, researching companies and industries, tapping into the hidden job market, targeting companies, as well as what’s working and not working in today’s economic environment.
- Two, 1-hour “Q&A calls”
These two question-and-answer calls will be devoted to answering any questions that are coming up for you.
- Two, 1-hour “Master Mind calls”
On these two master mind calls, I’ll provide coaching on a specific issue or challenge you are having. Each session I’ll select four members who will receive 10 minutes of individual coaching. You’ll benefit from each master mind call because what others want coaching on is often what you want help with too! This is the power of the master mind.
- Two, 1-hour “guest speaker calls”
On these calls, I’ll bring in an expert to provide relevant job search information.
Note: All calls will be recorded and available for listening at your convenience on a private, password-protected web page.
PLUS, you’ll receive:
- One, 30-minute, one-on-one “private strategy session”
This is a private coaching call between the two of us. We can discuss your unique situation, job acquisition strategy, specific job acquisition techniques, or any topic critical to your landing.
- Six, 15-minute “spot coaching calls”
These are private coaching calls where I’ll make myself available to answer questions that need “immediate” attention. For example, if you’ve been invited for an interview and you’re not sure how to answer a question the interviewer may ask, such as lack of industry experience, or product knowledge.

Confidentiality is crucial in this program.
As your coach, I will maintain a highly confidential environment. However, in the case of any legal request, I, and my representatives can not hold confidentiality as we do not have a doctor/client privilege. If information you share with us is sufficiently “illegal” or “dangerous-to-oneself-or-others,” I will consult an attorney in order to determine whether or not to notify authorities. If information you share with me creates an uncomfortable feeling for me, or steps outside of my ethics and integrity base, I will let you know and may terminate the coaching relationship.
For you and your Platinum Program colleagues, it is essential to maintain a space of confidentiality and non-disclosure. You must commit to not disclosing any information about any participant in any way outside of the group. You must also commit to not using private or sensitive trade secrets that a participant shares for your own gain.
